Birth2Work (B2W) is an active, nonprofit research and training organization. The people of B2W work closely with clients, from every area of community life, to understand their dynamic market challenges in preparing the workforce and citizens of the future. Birth2Work’s founders follow a Six Step Process they created, based on the combined social and technical knowledge they see as needed for employment and effective citizenship in the future. Through demonstrations and teaching, community stakeholders are inspired to integrate separate actions, leverage resources, and find critical common ground needed to transform the business, institutional, and service organization relationships that traditionally have operated in isolation from each other. B2W helps community stakeholder leaders stay focused on the prize: capable people who are creative, complex, critical thinkers committed to responsible, effective citizenship.
