Teacher discussion is learner focused rather than curriculum focused.
Increase student engagement.
Higher graduation rate.
Greater presence of community and Business in the schools.
 Increase in positive behavior
Increase the effort of getting students out in the community.
 Increasing the community awareness of school needs.
Increase student leadership opportunities in the schools.
 Increase the number of students who enter a higher education.
